My name is Leonor, and I am the owner and lead caregiver at Little Rainbow Family Daycare. As a mother of three beautiful girls, I bring both professional experience and a mother’s heart to everything I do.
I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and confident to grow.

My journey into childcare began with a simple desire: to give children the same love, safety, and nurturing I give my own.
When my daughters were young, I wanted more than just childcare; I wanted a place where they would feel protected, respected, and cared for like family. That vision led me to create Little Rainbow Family Daycare, with one promise: to care for every child as if they were my own.
With over 16 years of experience, I provide a safe, nurturing home where children learn, grow, and feel secure through play, routine, and gentle guidance. I believe it truly takes a village to raise a child, and I value strong partnerships with families built on trust and communication.
Proudly serving families in Brockton, I offer a licensed program with multilingual support in English, Portuguese, and Spanish—creating a welcoming space where every child is loved, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
